📦 Ordering & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. EU orders take 5-10 business days. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and you'll receive a tracking number once shipped.

Q: Do you ship to the US?
A: Not currently. We're focusing on UK and EU markets right now, but we're exploring US shipping for the future. Follow us on social media for updates!

Q: How much is shipping?
A: UK shipping is £3.50 (includes packaging). EU shipping is £6.50 (includes packaging).

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to track your delivery.

👕 Products & Sizing

Q: What if my size doesn't fit?
A: We offer free exchanges within 30 days! Just email us at support@gympop.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Q: Are the tees and hoodies true to size?
A: Yes! Our tees and hoodies fit true to size. Each product page has a detailed size chart with chest measurements. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Q: What's the difference between core tees and Signature Series?
A: Core tees feature motivational gym slogans and bold graphics. Signature Series tees showcase unique street art designs like graffiti skulls, crowns, and voodoo dolls—perfect for those who want standout, artistic gym wear.

Q: When will oversized tees be available?
A: Oversized tees are launching in April 2026! Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Q: Will you release tank vests?
A: Yes! Tank vests are coming later in 2026. We're constantly expanding our range based on what our community wants.

🌱 Materials & Care

Q: What are your products made from?
A: Our tees are made from 100% certified organic cotton (145 gsm). Marl colours use 60% organic cotton and 40% recycled polyester. Our hoodies are 50% cotton and 50% recycled polyester (270 gsm).

Q: How do I care for organic cotton?
A: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to keep your Gympop gear looking fresh for longer. The DTF prints are durable and won't fade or crack with proper care.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Absolutely! We use organic cotton, recycled polyester, and we're moving to 100% plastic-free packaging. Check out our Sustainability page for more details.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What's your return policy?
A: You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Email us at support@gympop.co.uk to start a return.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Yes! Exchanges are free. Just let us know what size you need and we'll send it out once we receive your return.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payment methods through Shopify Payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
A: Yes! We use Shopify Payments, which is PCI compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
