Collective - mike
A Former Welsh rugby development player whose progress was cut short by a serious knee injury. Combined with the demands of a busy career and lifestyle changes, Mike gradually gained significant weight over time. A turning point came when he realised he didn’t have the energy to play football with his son when asked—this became the real catalyst for change. From that moment, Mike committed to rebuilding himself through discipline, training, and consistency. He has since lost 10 stone, developed a structured approach to fitness, and built a purpose-driven home gym. Now focused on endurance, he’s completing 10Ks, half marathons, and working toward a full marathon. He represents exactly what Gympop stands for—resilience, discipline, and earning it the hard way.
Collective - Jammy
Online coach, competitor, and proof that real results come from discipline, not shortcuts. Having stepped on stage in bodybuilding and competed in powerlifting & boxing for charity, Jammy represents the side of fitness people can truly relate to—hard work, smart training, and consistency over hype. Not an enhanced athlete, not selling fantasy—just years of training, learning, and showing others what’s possible through proper structure and effort. Through coaching, training videos, and practical advice on form, execution, and gym basics, he helps people train better, safer, and with purpose. He represents the Gympop mindset perfectly: real people, real work, real results.
