Shipping Policy

 **Order Processing and Delivery Information** All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that orders are not delivered on weekends. We ship via Royal Mail for uk based deliveries and transglobal for all other deliveries

UK DELIVRIES we aim to deliver between 3 to 5 working days but  during high volume periods, your order may experience delays, and we will notify you via email with a new delivery date if necessary. standard deliver is charged at £3.50 

 

 

 EU ORDERS in zones 1, 2, and 3, we aim for delivery within 5 to 7 days at a standard cost of £6.50 per item. Again, during busy times, delays may occur, and we will keep you updated​

Due to shipping  tax increases and added MPF charges coming into force as of august 2025 we no longer ship to the united states we will continue to search for  affordable alternative shipping but thank you for your patience at this present time

We reserve the right to change all delivery cost and delivery dates  as and when required

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Gympop@mail.com.And we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All postage fees will need to be paid by yourselves Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
